Linux System Administrator / DevOps Engineer

Role Description

We are looking for a Linux System Administrator & DevOps Engineer to join our IT team.
The resource will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and monitoring Linux environments in on-premise and/or cloud contexts, collaborating with development teams to improve system performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Gyala solutions at customer sites
Management of virtualized and containerized environments (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes)
Implementation and management of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
Process automation via scripting (Bash, Python)
Cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure)
Monitoring and troubleshooting (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
Backup management, security, and patch management
Support development teams in application releases
Basic networking management (TCP/IP, DNS, firewall, VPN)
Documentation of IT procedures and system configurations

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as Linux System Administrator or DevOps Engineer
Strong knowledge of Linux systems
Knowledge of containerization tools
Experience with cloud environments
Familiarity with Git and version control
Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Problem-solving skills and teamwork attitude

Preferred Skills

Experience in high-availability environments
Knowledge of Agile / DevOps methodologies
Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Linux certifications
